Borrowing samples
Conditions for borrowing of samples.
For commercial reasons we can make trade samples available to you for a limited period, most probably for 30 days, however the availability of trade samples is not guaranteed, but is an option upon request.
• Only valid within EU.
• The use or testing of the trade samples is done at your own expense and risk.
• Any damage or breakage to the trade samples is at our expenses.
• The trade samples may be delivered without certificates not too be used in an explosive atmosphere. Pls. check.
• After the loan period has expired, the trade samples must be returned carriage paid, otherwise we are entitled to charge them in accordance with our standard price lists and registered delivery conditions.
• By receiving the products, you accept these conditions.
• Our delivery conditions apply to all our deliveries.
